The Knights Table Little Stainforth Settle 27th June 2018

The Knights Table is a cafe bar attached to a caravan and camping park, in a beautiful location, with stunning views, offering homemade food and is licensed.

The Knights Table is popular with cyclists like Steven, who last week noticed vegan options on the menu, so he tried the sweet potato and spinach curry, rice and poppadums.   He really enjoyed his curry lunch and so we went today so I could try one of the other vegan dishes.

Inside was a cool oasis on an extremely scorching Wednesday lunchtime and with temperatures of 27° outside, it was far too hot to sit out.

I ordered a falafel wrap with skin on fries, with a bottle of sparkling water and although it took awhile for the food to arrive, it is made fresh to order.

The wrap was delicious with tomato salsa and rocket, although it did need some salt and the skin on fries were so scrumptious, I forgot to take a photo.

It would be great if The Knights Table also offered vegan cakes and maybe that is something they will work towards in the future, in any case I think it is fantastic to see vegan options in a far out place like this.
