The Flipside is a newly opened creperie, in the bustling town of Skipton on the main road coming into town, so very easy to find.
There are a couple of vegan crepes on the menu, which caught my eye, so we decided to pop in for something to eat, as I like to support places offering vegan options.
I chose the vegan brekky and a decaf black Americano, but I noticed they have plant milks, I should have asked which ones.
The dish looked excellent when it arrived, with plenty filling of smokey tomato sauce, potatoes, spinach and mushrooms, in a light delicious buckwheat crepe, so gluten free too. I really enjoyed it and polished off every last morsel.
I am so glad The Flipside look after their vegan customers, let us hope more vegan options appear on the menu soon, with maybe vegan cheese and ice cream for a vegan sweet treat would be wonderful.
